PediaStaff is now hiring a Registered Behavior Technician – RBT for a private special education day school in a variety of areas in AZ.  Full- time positions are available.  You can start work ASAP and work through the balance of 2018-2019 school year.  The extended school year to be determined.

The RBT will work in an elementary school.

* The  Registered Behavior Technician will be working with kids with significant emotional disabilities and behaviors
* The  Behavior Technician’s main job will be working dually as crisis and behavior management and working with teachers
* This is an hourly position with 40 hours – full benefits – 10 months per school year
* 1.5 weeks of training will be provided
* Provide a positive environment Qualifications

* High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
* Valid Arizona DPS Fingerprint Card with IVP status( or ability to get one)
* Experience using physical ability and dexterity to safely and effectively use Crisis Management Interventions (including the use of therapeutic holds)
